These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Lifestyle Enclave website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The website provides general information about the proposed Lifestyle Enclave rental community, residences, amenities, location, anticipated timing and leasing process. It is intended for informational and marketing purposes only. Website content is not legal, financial, real-estate or other professional advice.

No Offer, Reservation or Lease

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to rent, a lease, a reservation, a guarantee of availability or a binding commitment. A tenancy can arise only through a separate written lease or agreement signed by the applicable parties after any required application, screening, approvals and deposits.

Submitting a registration of interest does not create priority, hold a residence, constitute a rental application or guarantee that you will be contacted, approved or offered a lease.

Project Details, Pricing and Renderings

Plans, floor areas, dimensions, layouts, features, finishes, views, amenities, parking, storage, inclusions, prices, fees, move-in timing and availability are approximate, may change and must be confirmed with the leasing team before you rely on them or sign a lease.

Images, floor plans and architectural renderings are artist’s concepts and may show furnishings, landscaping, views, finishes or features that are illustrative, upgraded, seasonal or not included. Actual construction and completed residences may differ.

Promotions and Leasing Incentives

Any promotion, incentive, gift, discount or vacation package is subject to separate written eligibility rules, availability, deadlines, lease requirements, deposit terms, exclusions and change or withdrawal. A website reference to an incentive does not guarantee eligibility or availability. Obtain and review the complete written offer terms before relying on a promotion.

Information You Submit

You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate, current and complete, that you have authority to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for updating the leasing team if material details change.
